1. Uptime Target
VisiHost strives to maintain a reliable network uptime target for all our paid hosting services, including Discord Bots, VPS, and Game Servers. This ensures your applications stay online under standard operating conditions.
2. Service Credits
If we experience major unscheduled outages in a given month, you are eligible to request service credits. Credits are calculated based on the duration of the downtime and applied to your account balance for future renewals.
3. Exclusions
Our service policy does not apply to downtime caused by: scheduled maintenance, customer misconfigurations, third-party software bugs, DDoS attacks exceeding our mitigation capacity, or suspensions due to Acceptable Use Policy violations.
4. Claiming Credits
To claim service credits, you must open a support ticket in our billing portal or Discord server within 7 days of the outage incident. You must provide logs or proof of the downtime.
5. Free Tier Services
Please note that 100% Free Tier bot hosting services are provided 'as-is' and are strictly excluded from service credit compensation.
