Terms of Service
By creating a client account, purchasing a hosting plan, or using VisiHost infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, 2FA, API keys). VisiHost is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from weak credentials or shared passwords.

2. Services and Provisioning
We provide game servers, VPS, bot hosting, and Lavalink servers. While most services are provisioned instantly upon receipt of payment, VPS services take additional time to provision and configure. VPS arrival times are typically under 30 minutes, but can take up to a maximum of 1 hour. In rare cases where manual security or fraud verification is required, provisioning for any service may take up to 24 hours. We reserve the right to upgrade, migrate, or modify underlying hardware to maintain service stability.
3. Customer Content and Responsibility
You retain all rights to the data you upload. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not review customer data proactively but will comply with valid legal orders or abuse reports.
4. Backups and Data Loss
While VisiHost performs periodic infrastructure-level snapshots for disaster recovery purposes, we are not a backup service. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all data hosted on our infrastructure.
VisiHost is not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, accidental deletion, or service termination. Upon service cancellation or termination, all associated data is permanently deleted within 7 days.
We strongly recommend enabling your own scheduled backups using SFTP, database export tools, or compatible backup utilities.
5. Third-Party Services
VisiHost may integrate with third-party software (e.g., Pterodactyl Panel, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, features, or security flaws inherent in these external platforms.
6. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately without refund if you:
- Fail to pay invoices by the due date.
- Violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Abuse Policy.
- Engage in bandwidth abuse or intentionally degrade node performance.
- Host, distribute, or run illegal tools, malicious scripts, or prohibited bots.
- Initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
- Engage in verbal abuse or threats against VisiHost staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisiHost's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific affected service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
